Rcd roller cutter are generally used for drilling holes 1200mm~3500mm in diameter with a maximum rolling efficiency to cut the rock. The carbide cutters utilize an aggressive cutting structure to maximize the performance in medium to hard rocks.

    Floating-seal sub-assemblies of good quality ensure the cutter's proper working performance submerged. Precision bearing enables the cutter's flexibility of performance even under extreme drilling condition. And the high grade tungsten carbide has relatively high intensity, hardness and wear-ability.
