The 100th Greeley Stampede will be rolling into town beginning on Thursday offering community members of all ages the opportunity to see live rodeo events, hop on carnival rides, eat a lot of fried foods and more. However, if the Stampede isn’t your thing, there’s still plenty of other events and activities taking place in Greeley, Windsor, Loveland and around the region.

Check out these 29 events that include the Red White and Brew run, live music at Red Rocks, a macramé class with Sally Otto and more.

1. Help 477 Distilling celebrate four years of serving the Greeley community with a Cask Bourbon Release Day and Party at 1 p.m. at 825 9th St., Unit B. Adults age 21 and older can enjoy cake, a raffle and the chance to purchase Cask Bourbon. The first 100 guests through the door will receive a free limited edition anniversary shirt. 2. Support small businesses at Shop Local Saturday all day at participating retailers in downtown Loveland. Some of the shops participating in the signature event include Cloz To Home, Rooster Browns, Skate Ratz, Canyon Collectibles and Pilar Boutique. 3. Celebrate Independence Day early at the Red White and Brew 5K, 10K and fun run at 8 a.m. at Boardwalk Park, 100 N. 5th St. in Windsor. Participants can run, walk or do a ruck trek around Windsor Lake and Canal Trails. All ages are welcome to participate in the event. Registration is $48.61 per person for the 5K, $53.90 per person for the 10K, $6.29 per person for the kids fun run, $48.61 per person for the 5K Ruck and $53.90 per person for the 10K Ruck. 4. Grammy winning rappers, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, will be performing at 8 p.m. The Lincoln Center, 1615 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY. Signed by rap legend Easy-E, the band is bringing it’s unique style referred to as the “Cleveland Sound” to audience members. The group has worked with 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G. and Big Pun. 5. Join Sally Otto for a Macramé and Mimosa workshop at 10 a.m. at the Lincoln Park Emporium, 822 8th St., Greeley. Participants will learn various knotting techniques to create a bottle holder for essential oils. Leslie Martinez will also be in attendance to lead participants through making their own essential oils. The workshop is open to participants age 12 and older and registration is $30 per person. 6. Learn about tiny house living at the 222 Colorado Tiny House Festival presented by EcoFlow from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 9755 Henderson Road in Brighton. The festival will feature a variety of tiny homes, container homes, bus and van conversion and more. 7. The Greeley Farmers Market will take place from 8 a.m. to noon at the Union Pacific Depot, 902 7th Ave. with a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, baked goods, meat and dairy products, crafts and more. 8. The Be Kind FoCo Kindness Fest kicks off at 11 a.m. in Fort Collins Old town Square at 19 Old Town Square with local nonprofits, grassroots projects, a kids’ expo and more. All ages are welcome to attend the free event. For more information, go to www.bekindfoco.org.

9. High Brau Taphouse is hosting a PRIDE Prom at 7 p.m at 915 16th St., Greeley. Attendees age 21 and older are invited to dress in their prom best and enjoy music from DJ The Unpaid Intern. For more information, contact High Brae Taphouse at (970) 451-5904.

10. Celebrate PRIDE Month in Denver at the 2022 Denver PRIDE event from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Cheesman Park, located between E. 13th Avenue, High Street, E. 8th Avenue and Franklin Street. The festival will include live entertainment, a parade, food and beverage trucks, vendors and more. The festival is free and open to all ages. For more information, go to www.Denverpride.org.

11. The Colorado Model Train Museum is hosting Old West Train Weekend from noon to 4 p.m. at 680 10th St., Greeley. In honor of the Greeley Stampede, the museum will be featuring its Old West trains in the layout along with other notable Stampede items. All ages are invited to come and see what the museum has to offer and admission is $12 for adults age 13 and older, $10 for seniors age 65 and older, $6 for youth age 12 and younger and children age 3 and younger are free. 12. Northern Colorado Cars and Coffee is set to take place at 8 a.m. at The Promenade Shops at Centerra, 5971 Sky Pond Drive, Loveland with a variety of makes and models of cars, vendor booths and more. The free event is open to all ages. For more information, go to https://bit.ly/3HE2xu8.

13. Are you an unofficial champion of cornhole? Then check out the Raise the Roof Cornhole Tournament at 1 p.m. at Brix Brew and Tap, 813 8th St. The event will help raise money to replace the roof at the Boys and Girls Club of Weld County’s Montfort Facility. 14. The City of Loveland Farmers Market will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fairground Park, 700 S. Railroad Ave. with farm-fresh produce, baked goods, honey and more. All ages are welcome to attend and admission is free. For more information, go to https://bit.ly/3tyDHpG.

15. The Evans Police Department is hosting at Teen Police Academy from 1-4 p.m.  at the Evans Community Complex, 1100 37th St. The academy is open to middle schoolers and will teach participants the ropes of law enforcement including crime scene investigations, radar detection and traffic control. The academy is free and will run through Thursday, June 30. 16. Tools for Families Facing Dementia: Doctor Visits, Driving Safety, Legal and Financial Planning is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. online. The program, hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association Colorado Chapter, will discuss tips on how to have conversations with family members that address when to stop driving, legal and financial planning, resources and support organizations and more. 17. The Denver Art Museum is hosting Mexicana: Historical Sources in Modern and Contemporary Mexican Fashion at 6 p.m at 100 W. 14th Ave. Parkway. Speaker Ana Elena Mallet will discuss history and traditions influenced 20th and 21st century fashion designs in Mexico as well as key designers from the period. 18. Trombone Shorty’s Voodoo Threauxdown is set for 6:30 p.m. at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, 18300 W. Alameda Parkway, Morrison. The concert is a mini-festival of New Orleans music and the future of music. The band combines threads of pop, rock and hip-hop into traditional jazz music. All ages are welcome to attend. 19. Interested in learning more about roller derby? Then don’t miss FoCo Roller Derby’s new recruit night at 7 p.m. at The Brewhouse, 255 S. Cleveland Ave., Loveland. 20. Bring your hands down to 477 Distilling’s Rock Paper Scissors Tournament at 7 p.m. at 825 9th St., Unit B in Greeley. 21. Join the Moxi Theater for Pop Punk Nite: The Beach Party by Van Full of Nuns at 7 p.m. at 802 9th St. in Greeley. The band provides audience members with a fun, live and interactive performance that features music from Blink-182, Sum 41, Fall Out Boy and other bands. The concert is open to all ages with a valid photo ID. Tickets are $15 per person for general admission, $80 for a reserved table for two and $160 for a reserved table for four. 22. Bring your instruments and jam out at the Blues Party Open Blues Jam at 6 p.m. at Rule105 Brewing, 4731 W. 10th St., Unit G in Greeley. All skill levels and ages are invited to come play or just listen while enjoying some beverages and food. Amps, drums and tambourines will be provided. 23. The Greeley Guitar Hero Championship is going down at 7 p.m. at Stella’s Pinball Arcade and Lounge, 802 9th St. Players will go head to head in competition for a chance to earn prizes and the bragging rights of Guitar Hero Champion. 24. The Trailhead Sessions hosted by the Rialto Theater kick off at 7:30 p.m. at 228 E. 4th St., Loveland with Ryan Shupe and The Rubberband. A fifth-generation fiddler, Shupe and the band have been launched into the national music scene and garnered them a record deal with Capitol Records. All ages are welcome to attend the concert and tickets are $43 per person for VIP, $28 per person for floor seating and $19 per person for balcony seating. 25. The Magick of Jared Kopf is scheduled for 5 p.m. at Aiden Sinclair’s Underground at the Stanley Hotel, 333 E. Wonderview Ave., Estes Park. Kopf has appeared on the hit CW series “Penn & Teller’s Fool Us,” and is bringing his theatrical style of magic to audiences in northern Colorado. 26. The Cheyenne First Friday Art Walk steps off at 5 p.m. with art from ArtHaus, food and beverage trucks, live music and more for all ages. The free event will feature works from new artists such as Mike Wallace, Brenda Treuthardt and Melissa Grenier. The tour begins at the Cheyenne Artists Guild at 1701 Morrie Ave. The art walk is free. 27. Learn how to make your own Independence Day flower arrangement at 6 p.m. at Mariposa Plants and Flowers. Participants will be able to choose from a variety of flowers and decorations to create their own unique arrangement with help from Mariposa staff. Snacks and beverages will be served. 28. The Open Stage Theater is hosting a production of Cyrano De Bergerac by Edmond Rostand at 7 p.m. at The Park at Columbine Health Systems, 947 Worthington Circle in Fort Collins. The play tells the story of a love triangle between Cyrano, Roxane and Christian through comedy, beautiful love letters and romantic tragedy. All ages are welcome to attend and tickets are $22 for adults, $17 for youth ages 13-19 and $10 for children age 12 and younger. 29. Head up to Estes Park for First Friday! Art Groove presented by the Estes Art District from 5-8 p.m. in downtown Estes Park.
