Tim Eyman publicly pleads with wealthy right-wingers for funding to revitalize the advocacy factory-NPI’s Cascadia Advocate

Cascadia Advocate is written by the staff, board of directors, and contributors of the Northwest Progressive Institute, a network-supported strategic center dedicated to improving the quality of life in the United States through insightful research and imaginative advocacy.

NPI was established in August 2003 and is headquartered in Redmond, Washington.

Accompanied by two new partners, Tim Ayman made a very important announcement at Olympia this morning in front of the Secretary of State's election attachment: He is ready to go back to peddling destructive measures (and hopes to get generous compensation for this! ) ASAP.

Eyman spent a year and a half running for governor invalid. He appeared as an agent of his accomplice Loren Culp and filed a futile lawsuit against the State of Washington over Democratic Governor Jay Inslee's COVID-19 security measures. Ayman decided it was time to return to what he knew and liked.

In other words, cheating people helped him ensure that Washington State’s upside-down tax laws would always be manipulated to benefit the rich.

But the notorious chair thief and the criminal of the Continuous Public Disclosure Act have a problem: he doesn't have the money to restart his ineffective, rusty advocacy factory gear. Not a wealthy patron has come forward to write a six-figure check for Ayman to restore his hustle and bustle. Obviously, the fundraising efforts behind the scenes did not yield any results at all.

So today, Ayman began begging in public. Not for small donations, he has been using his email list, but for large donations.

On the surface, his "press conference" in the annex to the election was to announce that he would launch a new initiative to ban all income taxes, capital gains taxes, and jumpstart-style employment taxes across Washington State.

But it is clear that this work is completely unfunded, and there will be no progress unless some really wealthy people write some very big checks.

"This is our only chance to get this key initiative in the November 2022 vote," Ayman claimed. "Next year's initiative to the people will be impossible."

"California and other states will monopolize paid petitioners next year. Washington will never be able to compete. The deadline for us to hand in signatures is December 30. How many voter signatures do we need? 400,000. The initiative is guaranteed to be eligible for the November 2022 vote. What’s the cost of the paid signature driver? US$2.7 million. In order to obtain so many signatures in such a short period of time (September 9 to December 30)—400,000—we need a small number of Mike Dunmires to quickly step in and Provide funding for this signature event."

If you have just read the above content and want to know what Mike Dunmire is, then the answer is simple: Mike Dunmire is the name of the richest benefactor in Eyman’s history. He is a late investment banker. Funded Eyman's destructive scam in 2000s (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009).

Without Dunmire, Eyman's founding factory may be shut down, but Dunmire maintains its operations by injecting huge amounts of money into it. Dunmeier admired Ayman very much, and Ayman in turn liked Dunmeier very much. However, even Dumile's generosity has its limitations. In the last few years of his life, he severely reduced his donation to Ayman, forcing Ayman to find money elsewhere.

For most of his career as an advocacy salesman, Ayman has been trying to pretend to be a populist, leading a citizen-driven "tax resistance" movement, when in reality, he just doesn't want to be a super rich The lead singer is required to pay a fair share of taxes. But today, with a refreshing frankness, Ayman mostly rejected this false excuse and publicly pleaded with any right-wing billionaire who might listen and sympathize with him and become his patron.

"We need successful people who are willing to open the piggy bank."

"Some of you can be a key endeavor for Mike Dunmire. Many of you are friends of Mike Dunmire. Please help us connect with these people," Ayman pleaded with his followers. (According to the screenshot I saved, there were five people watching the Facebook live broadcast.)

"For us, having the opportunity to be eligible to vote means raising a lot of money," Ayman reiterated a few minutes later.

"I'm doing my best to promote this initiative. Talk to all Mike Dunmires I know. They know some Mike Dunmires," Eyman added, pointing to his assistants Sid and Larry. "We are not Mike Dunmills. We are good people willing to work hard, but we are not Mike Dunmills."

"If we have a chance to qualify in the vote, we need Mike Dunmires to stand up-significantly and quickly -."

The point is mine. Once again, "Mike Dunmill" is in Ayman, written for the wealthy with huge sums of money, and they can make me an important person again. Whether this scam will become an actual threat that we must worry about depends entirely on whether a billionaire responds to Ayman’s call, as he himself admits.

It is worth noting that the last two right-wing billionaires who trusted Ayman (Clyde Holland and Kenneth Fisher) were burned to death twice: the first time was when they funded a project in 2015 When taking measures, Ayman promised them that they would insist in court, but later did not (I-1366). The next year Ayman used more money to try to intimidate Democratic lawmakers from participating in his bidding.

NPI and Washingtonians For Ethical Government discovered that Eyman was making illegal independent expenditures on these Democratic legislators and filed a lawsuit with PDC. PDC immediately found Eman guilty and referred the case to Attorney General Bob Ferguson for legal action. A few years later, the case ended in breach of contract, resulting in Ayman being fined a huge amount.

If Eyman and his friends succeed in getting funding for this new scam, we will be ready to respond again. If they don’t, it will implode on their own launch pad, which is the best result for everyone, including Ayman’s followers, who will move from a more progressive tax law like all other Washingtonians. Benefit from it.
