Today’s weather forecast is fierceness (and a little bit of shade).

Australian weatherman Nate Byrne of ABC’s News Breakfast recently underwent a drag makeover in honor of Pride Month. On social media, Byrne documented the entire process as he went from a broadcast TV weatherman to a stage-ready drag queen.

To achieve his ultimate drag makeover, Byrne visited a local drag company that is currently putting on a brand-new show called Yummy. This new show features drag performers Valerie Hex, Hannie Helsden, Jandruze, Zelia Rose, Benjamin Hancock, Karen From Finance, Joni In The Moon, and Jarred Dewey in the cast.

In the end, Byrne was turned into a full-on queen who embraced a new drag persona: Gail Warnings.

Throughout the process, Byrne was assisted by Dewey in the makeup chair and then got tips from Hex in terms of how to act and perform as a queen on the stage.

As the emcee of Yummy – a drag show that opened in Australia but will soon tour to the U.K. – Hex offered plenty of tips for Gail Warnings to be the best queen that a weatherman could be. Byrne took everything into consideration and became a truly fierce drag performer at the end of this process.

Who knows, maybe this is the start of something new?? Watch out, future contestants of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under – the competition might be getting a little stormier very soon!

Gail Warnings writes: Saw the amazing @yummytheshow opening last night - my new mum & the rest of the ladies were BEYOND amazing. It's literally days before they head to the UK, so jump quickly to enjoy a Yummy evening (if you can) before they abandon this newborn. pic.twitter.com/IKZY7yZPNn
